These Terms govern your use of Sonodive, a music discovery service. By using Sonodive, you agree to these Terms.

Beta service

Sonodive is under active development. Features may change, fail, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable. We may modify the service as we test and improve it.

Your account

You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. You may not impersonate another person, misuse another person's account, or attempt to bypass account or feature restrictions.

Acceptable use

You may not use Sonodive to violate applicable law, interfere with the service, access systems or data without authorization, automate abusive traffic, evade technical limits, distribute malicious software, or harm other users or third parties.

Music and third-party content

Sonodive helps users discover music and may display, embed, link to, or interact with content and services provided by third parties. Sonodive does not claim ownership of third-party music, recordings, videos, artwork, trademarks, or other third-party content. Availability and playback may depend on the applicable third-party service and its terms.

Recommendations

Discovery results and recommendations are generated from available data and product logic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unexpected. Sonodive does not guarantee that any particular artist, track, video, playlist, or recommendation will be available or suitable for every user.

Playlist exports and connected services

When you choose to connect or export to a third-party service, you authorize Sonodive to perform the requested action using the permissions you approve. Your use of the destination service remains subject to that service's terms and policies.

Plans and paid features

Sonodive may offer free, promotional, beta, founder, or paid features. Pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, cancellation options, and any feature-specific conditions will be presented before paid subscriptions are offered. Beta or promotional access may be changed or withdrawn unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual property

Sonodive's software, product design, branding, original text, and other original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Sonodive or third-party intellectual property to you.

Service availability and disclaimers

Sonodive is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of beta data, or continued availability of third-party integrations.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sonodive and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service or from third-party services or content.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms as Sonodive develops. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the service. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
